The European Capital of Health Destination Initiative<\/em> promotes sustainable, health-focused tourism to transform urban and rural areas. By integrating eco-friendly planning and natural healing resources, it enhances quality of life and strengthens Europe’s tourism appeal. Prioritizing well-being and natural remedies, it sets a standard for sustainable tourism. Through community engagement, winners and participants become models for future destinations, showcasing Europe\u2019s unique health tourism identity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Proposal was prepared by ESPA with the support of the member countries: Hungary, Slovakia, Croatia, and Slovenia. The REGI Committee<\/strong> supported is focused on the two main objectives:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 1. To enhance the value of the medical spa and climate health industry and highlight the positive effects on the development of the rural regions and the European economy in general<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2.
